For 2010 the Grand Masters program has once again been structured around recognising excellence in performance and dealer operations. There are a number of enhancements now in place to ensure all dealers have every opportunity to attain excellence across their business and attain the prestigious title of Grand Master.

The Grand Masters program sets out a pathway to develop excellence in your businesses, the key performance indicators measured under the program cover all of the critical operational areas of dealer performance from sales achievement, development in staff, processes and systems through to service excellence, financial reporting and customer care. Through the regular reporting you will be able to assess your progress to excellence against your peers in the network.
